We left Aviemore this morning, starting our journey home. We didn’t get very far before I asked Jan to stop the car and let me out to take some shots of the mountains at Drumochter Pass.

The sun was breaking through and the clouds were swirling around. I spent about 40 minutes waiting for the light, clouds clearing, changing lenses between the 43mm and 80mm, and taking photos, mainly of the Munro’s visible from the road.

They were the last photos of this trip.
I’ve taken 13 rolls, mainly Ilford 400 Delta 120 film. I will try and process this week so that I can see exactly what I took! Then comes the scanning and editing to get them on the web.
Hopefully I can include some of them in my new lecture Snow Light that I’m currently printing.
